Copyright and Publishing Rights

  1. Copyright Ownership: 1.1 The "Law Research Journal" (hereinafter referred to as the "Journal") acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of authors. 1.2 Authors retain the copyright to their original work published in the Journal. 1.3 By submitting a manuscript for publication, authors grant the Journal the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display their work.

  2. License to Publish: 2.1 Authors grant the Journal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish and distribute the accepted manuscript in both print and electronic formats. 2.2 This license includes the right to sublicense and authorize third parties to reproduce, distribute, and display the work.

  3. Author Responsibilities: 3.1 Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for the use of third-party materials included in their manuscripts. 3.2 Authors are responsible for the accuracy and originality of their work and must not submit plagiarized content.

  4. Permissions and Reprints: 4.1 Requests for permissions to reproduce, distribute, or display content from the Journal should be directed to the editorial office. 4.2 The Journal may grant permissions for the use of its content in accordance with applicable copyright laws and regulations.

  5. Open Access and Archiving: 5.1 The Journal is committed to open access principles, and published content may be freely accessed, downloaded, and shared. 5.2 The Journal may archive its content in digital repositories to ensure long-term accessibility.

  6. Attribution: 6.1 Authors and the Journal shall be appropriately credited for published work. 6.2 Proper attribution must be provided when reproducing or referencing content from the Journal.
